Your expertise will be central to nurturing existing manufacturing partnerships and forging new ones to design, cost, and construct remarkable direct-to-consumer products.Key Responsibilities:Product Sourcing and Development:- Leverage your established network of manufacturers and vendors to create high-quality, market-responsive products.- Seek and acquire ready-made products from North American sources that align with our brand and quality standards.- Engage in pricing strategy formulation and obtain competitive quotes for products and packaging solutions.Manufacturing Oversight:- Collaborate closely with factories to ensure products are manufactured to specifications, within budget, and on schedule.- Champion quality assurance practices ensuring every product meets our stringent quality benchmarks.Operational Efficiency:- Utilize ERP NetSuite and custom software to streamline product development processes.- Liaise with fulfillment centers to ensure seamless delivery of products to customers.Reporting and Communication:- Present comprehensive reports on product sourcing, manufacturing, and pricing to the executive team.- Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and report on cost-saving outcomes.
