Yêu cầu công việc:
• 5+ years experience as a data & reporting or business analyst in complex business settings.
• Experience in automation and optimisation
• Advanced Microsoft skills, Power BI
• Strong analytical capability, with close attention to detail
• Data and reporting optimisation and automation
• Experience with data reporting tools
• Proven ability to draw insights from data and communicate these insights
• Proven ability to collaborate and achieve effective outcomes
• Experienced at Influencing at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines without compromising on quality
• Ability to understand complex content and is comfortable to challenge

Mô tả công việc:
NAB Innovation Centre Vietnam (NICV) is on a journey to transform the way we use data to make business-driven strategic decisions. This new role is being established to:
• Enhance the way we manage our data across the business to enhance fit for purpose transparency and visibility
• Implement automation into our reporting via tools and uplifting record collection and management processes to reduce the time it takes to produce timely reports
• Optimise and redesign the current reporting suite and provide data visualisation and business insights so that the internal and external stakeholders can track progress of performance and make data-driven strategic decision
• Provide market insight reports via market research on, but not limited to, skills and capabilities, so that the business can strategically manage its growth
